For over two decades, I've been on a relentless quest to unlock the secrets of canine wellbeing. It all began when I dove headfirst into the world of animal behavior and welfare, armed with my degree. But I quickly realised there was so much more to uncover.
That's when I became a Tellington TTouch Practitioner, peeling back the layers to understand how a dog's movement and behavior are profoundly interconnected. I saw firsthand how many dogs were struggling with compromised mobility - a revelation that inspired me to become a veterinary physiotherapist, giving me the tools to help them reclaim their health and vitality.
Yet my quest didn't stop there. I developed a deep appreciation for the holistic approach, knowing that diet plays a crucial role in a dog's optimal functioning. For the past several years, I've been immersing myself in the intricacies of canine nutrition, unearthing the missing pieces that allow me to provide truly comprehensive care.
Today, I'm driven by an unquenchable passion to be a voice for our four-legged friends, advocating for their wellbeing through my multifaceted expertise. From behavior to movement to nourishment, I'm on a mission to empower pet guardians with the knowledge and tools to help their amazing dogs thrive. It's a journey I'm honored to share with you.

Many people turn to dog training to address behaviour problems, but research shows that up to 82% of these issues are due to underlying pain or discomfort in the dog.
This pain can stem from improper exercise, inadequate diet, stress, or illness. A significant concern is the lack of essential nutrients in UK mainstream dog foods, with 94% of them being deficient in crucial elements, leading to chronic conditions like itchy skin, ear infections, and joint pain.
Therefore, it is crucial to address the dog's diet and overall health before focusing on training or alongside it. Proper nutrition and suitable activities can greatly improve a dog's health and behaviour, making training less demanding or even unnecessary.
Ensuring the dog is healthy and content is essential for achieving desired behaviours.
