Whatever you are dealing with it's important (and uplifting!) to know that your body will ALWAYS try to heal itself. It may feel like it is turning against you but it's actually fighting really hard to maintain you and keep you upright every second of every day.
However, it does need to have some basic things delivered by us in order to do it's best work. Just like trying to bake with the wrong ingredients might give you an inedible cake, if our bodies don't get the right ingredients they will not be able to make all the things we need to be vibrant and healthy every day.
Trying to do all the 'healthy' things every day can feel like a miserable and unrewarding experience if you never actually get to the point where you feel rewarded. Doing it a step at a time can feel so much easier and achievable.
Our Comprehensive People Services
Elevating your health with specialised treatments and expertise.
It's not because you are old or because you have a 'bad back'. It's because you are wonky!
The wonkiness develops because of the bad habitual postures we adopt when we do certain things repetitively or for long periods. But you can change those postures.
The thought of eating healthy makes most people want to give up before they start. They think they have to give up everything they love, run 5 miles a day and never look at a chocolate cake again!
It's really about making gradual changes to improve the quality of what you eat whilst still enjoying eating it.
If you can't wait for the nutritional healing service to happen why not join our Power Up course?
It's designed to help you understand your pain symptoms, why they are happening and what you can do about them.
It's also great if you have come to a point in your life where you feel you need an overhaul!.
The Warren is our membership site where we discuss all of the things which can affect the health and wellbeing of you and your pets. With monthly live talks and organised, easy to find information it's a great way to have access to an ever-growing library of information.
