Behaviour Problems or Health Problems?

Many people turn to dog training to address behaviour problems, but research shows that up to 82% of these issues are due to underlying pain or discomfort in the dog.

This pain can stem from improper exercise, inadequate diet, stress, or illness. A significant concern is the lack of essential nutrients in UK mainstream dog foods, with 94% of them being deficient in crucial elements, leading to chronic conditions like itchy skin, ear infections, and joint pain.

Therefore, it is crucial to address the dog's diet and overall health before focusing on training or alongside it. Proper nutrition and suitable activities can greatly improve a dog's health and behaviour, making training less demanding or even unnecessary.

Ensuring the dog is healthy and content is essential for achieving desired behaviours.
